A 30-second script is sized to 30 spoken seconds, in the voice that will read it

Short-form scripts fail on length before they fail on ideas. Orange budgets narration by spoken time instead of character count, so a 30-second video gets as many words as a narrator says in 30 seconds, and that budget shifts per language, because a Japanese script and an English one covering the same ground are not the same length out loud. Scenes arrive already sized to that budget rather than trimmed afterwards. Lengths run 15, 30, 45 or 60 seconds from the picker, or up to 90 seconds for a Reels cut when you type the length in chat. Each scene carries narration and a visual direction, plus timing the rest of the pipeline reads directly. Generating the first draft takes 3 to 5 seconds. Everything after that is chat: you rewrite a line and the script updates while you watch.

Paste a link and the URL to video flow scrapes the page first, distills it down to 3 to 7 key points, and hands those to the identical script generator, which is why an article-sourced video is editable exactly like a typed one. The raw material changes; the machinery does not. Either way what comes back is a set of scene beats you can rewrite, reorder, or regenerate one at a time without disturbing the rest. Ask for a punchier hook and only the hook moves. Format is a choice too: Did you know, Product promo, another from the catalog, or nothing at all, in which case the writer picks. That choice sets the shape of the beats rather than pouring your words into a template.

Orange detects the language of your prompt and writes natively in it, across 34 supported languages including Japanese, Arabic, Hindi, and Serbian. Nothing gets drafted in English and translated afterwards, which matters more than it sounds: translated narration inherits English sentence length and then overruns the scene it was written for. The narration budget is computed per language instead, using that language's own speaking rate, so a Japanese script and a German one covering the same beats both land on their target duration. Voice selection follows the same detection and filters the pool down to voices that genuinely speak the detected language. Subtitles render in the correct script rather than transliterating into Latin characters. Write your prompt in Spanish and everything downstream is Spanish, down to the suggested title and hashtags that come out alongside the finished video.
